As a former food market researcher who worked in the Loop for many years, I became too familiar with attempting to feed my family a healthy and convenient meal night after night.
With an MBA in entrepreneurship and passion for healthy, creative cuisine, I opened Chow in 2005 as sole proprietor with the mission to tantalize taste buds.
